Hi hi!! I'm Babs.

I grew up with a lot of digestive issues, and after eating I would always feel sick and bloated… It wasn’t until 5 years ago that I got tired of always feeling sick after eating and started to be more careful and conscious with what I was putting inside my body. I started learning about healthy eating, essential oils and supplements to help me be the best version of myself. I want to share with you some recipes and tricks that have helped me feel so much better and live a healthy lifestyle.

A few things about myself...

  • I live in between Mexico and Canada
  • I am currently studying Psychology
  • I have two very annoying, but very cute siblings which I love to death
  • I have a crazy, but very loving mom with 14 dogs!!
