Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of ghee or grass-fed butter
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 onion
- 3 zucchinis
- 5 tomatoes
- 4 cups of bone broth
- 1 teaspoon of basil
- pinch of black pepper
Directions:
- Heat up ghee in a pot.
- Slice up the onion, celery, and zucchinis, and let them cook in the pot with the ghee for 10 minutes.
- Slice up tomatoes in slices of 4 and let them cook with the rest of the vegetables for another 5 minutes.
- Add basil and black pepper into the mix.
- Add 4 cups of bone broth into the mix with all the vegetables and let it sit for 15 minutes covered at low-heat.
- Move vegetables from pot to blender and blend from medium to high speed for 3 minutes or until all the vegetables are blended.
