Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond milk or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup Monk Fruit or coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the coconut milk, Monk Fruit, and cacao powder until well mixed.
- Add the chia seeds and mix all together for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the pudding into a container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
You can top this with chocolate chips, blueberries, coconut flakes, strawberries, mango, and/or other fruit for some extra flavour before serving.
